Dale and his wife Jean have been married for 56 years and have served in full time ministry since 1967. He is the founder and president of BPN Radio, Breakout Ministries, Breakout Prayer Network and Breakout Radio Church. He is currently mobilizing a thousand points of light, calling America to pray for another spiritual awakening. Dale has been a prayer leader in this nation and other nations of the world since 1985. He is a messenger of hope.

Breakout Radio Church is a church without walls, comprised of member in many different geographical locations across America and around the globe. Responding to Jesus command to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. We are a house of prayer for all nations.
